We collect only the data needed to operate accounts, the community and listings.

1. Data we process
Account and profile data, contact details, published listings and posts, user messages, security logs, cookies.
2. Purposes
Registration and login, displaying profiles and content, messages and follows, moderation, fraud prevention and service improvement.
3. Google sign-in
If you choose Google, we receive your verified email address, name, Google identifier and profile photo. ALLHIR never receives your Google password.
4. Service providers
Data may be processed by hosting and security providers, Google for authentication, only as necessary or required by law.
5. Public information
Your name, avatar, profile description, rating, listings, publications and forum activity may be public. Private messages are not public, except when needed for reports, safety or legal compliance.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. Contact contact.allhir@gmail.com.
7. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the service, legal duties and dispute resolution. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies, local storage and caching
ALLHIR uses essential cookies for authentication, language choice, securing Google sign-in and remembering your cookie preference. The language cookie lasts up to one year, the cookie preference up to six months and the temporary Google security cookie up to ten minutes; WordPress authentication cookie duration depends on the session and the “remember me” choice.
Browser local storage keeps a publication draft until it is submitted, cleared or browser data is removed. Approximate location is stored locally only after separate browser permission and until it is replaced or cleared.
Technical caching of static files makes the site faster and does not by itself create an advertising profile. In the current test version ALLHIR does not activate analytics or advertising cookies. If such technologies are introduced, they must remain off until prior consent; the choice can be changed through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
