1. Data we process
Account and profile data, contact details, published listings and posts, user messages, security logs, cookies and promotion order information.
2. Purposes
Registration and login, displaying profiles and content, messages and follows, moderation, fraud prevention, payments and service improvement.
3. Google sign-in
If you choose Google, we receive your verified email address, name, Google identifier and profile photo. ALLHIR never receives your Google password.
4. Service providers
Data may be processed by hosting and security providers, Google for authentication, WooCommerce and the connected payment provider, only as necessary or required by law.
5. Public information
Your name, avatar, profile description, rating, listings, publications and forum activity may be public. Private messages are not public, except when needed for reports, safety or legal compliance.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. Contact contact.allhir@gmail.com.
7. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the service, legal duties and dispute resolution. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
